January 2012 : 'Wait until the Morning Comes', recorded with producer/engineer Stuart Epps. 

Joni first stepped onto the world music stage at the Casino Barriere during the Montreux Jazz Festival in 2004. Video footage of that performance, solo at a grand piano, shows a 12 year old singer/songwriter, a long way from home, silencing an audience of 3,000 with a spell-binding performance. 

Since then, Joni has developed and defined a distinctive and assured artistic profile. Twice winner of the MIBI Songwriting Contest, featured as an 'Inspirational Teenager' by The Independent and 'One to watch' by PRS for Music and awarded 'Best Female Artist' at The Exposure Music Awards, Joni's reputation as a songwriter, singer, multi-instrumentalist, arranger and exciting live performer has spread far and wide. She has performed extensively in the UK, across Europe and beyond, from festivals in the UK to intimate theatres in Paris and Brussels and stadiums in Germany and Switzerland.  

2011 saw a busy schedule of writing, recording and live performances, including an explosive set in the Olympic Stadium, Lausanne during the firework finale of Athletissima 2011 and a string of London and festival appearances.

Early 2012 sees Joni back in the studio, recording new material and preparing live shows. Watch this space...
